June 10—LDMA camp outing at Scotts Bar, CA. 2 1/2 hours travel June 23---Camp Millennium Tentative Date June 26---DCPA Social &Treasure Hunt This event will start @10AM with a poker walk with game stations. At noon, we will BBQ hamburgers and have a pot luck followed by a Treasure Hunt with Kelly Norton as your hunt master. For those of you, who like crab, we will have SNO-CRAB at cost per lb. Prepay by the next meeting, so I have a head count. |

| September 24,25,26 Friday through Sunday. Come for 1 to 14 days and camp at Foster Bar at the Forest Service Campground. THIS WILL BE A JOINT OUTING WITH THE NORTH BEND PROSPECTORS. There are 8 campspots first come first served. We will need to double and triple in camp spots but to be fair to the Forest Service for letting us overflow the campground we are asking for all campers to pay the set camping fee.. $5.00 per night unless you have a campers discount card. And if you bring a second car, there is a $3.00 charge per day. Foster Bar is on the Rogue River near Agness, 35 miles East of Gold Beach, OR. About 170 miles all paved from Roseburg. NON-MOTORIZED EQUIPMENT ONLY. Metal Detectors are okay at this time. Expect fines, flakes, and possibly pickers and clunkers. Potlucks for eating and cards, dice ,or dominos for entertainment. December Bring a potluck dish of the usual potluck size with the serving utensils. A through N – Vegetables and side dishes O through R – Desserts . S through Z – Salads. . If you have a “special” dish that you feel everyone would enjoy and your name comes into a different category please bring that instead. |
